Thrift for Good is hiring several full and part-time positions for both our warehouses and our retail stores.

We are looking for smart and self-motivated people to work in this fast-paced environment where every day is different.

This position pays $10-$15/hour depending upon, skill, experience and productivity level.

They are responsible for greeting guests, maintaining and operating the point-of-sale system efficiently and accurately, answering guest questions, providing a high-level of customer service, driving the customer loyalty program participation, looking up items with missing tags, assisting with all general cleaning functions of the store.WAREHOUSE LEAD:The Warehouse Lead helps facilitate warehouse operations. They work with the General Manager to delegate tasks to warehouse employees, manage donation intake, train new pricers, maintain an organized and tidy warehouse, and implement company initiatives from upper management.PRICER:The Pricer accepts donated goods from donors in a friendly and courteous manner. Sort donations according to set guidelines; track and record goods received; use material handling equipment to move/transport, and sort donations; maintain interiors and exterior donation areas and clean and organized; properly research, price, tag, and put away items as they are entered into the inventory.Fashion Consultant: The Fashion Consultant works quickly and efficiently to identify, evaluate, price, tag, hang, and put out merchandise. As part of out team, they will be expected to help manage donation intake, maintain an organized and tidy workspace, ensure quality standards are being met, and implement company initiatives from upper management.General Merchandiser: The General Merchandiser is an expert of operations, process and efficiency who enable a consistent quality experience for our guests by ensuring producr is set, in-stock, accurately priced and signed on the sales floor. The Genral Merchandiser leads outbound, replenishment, inventory accuracy, presentation, pricing audits, and promotional signing processes for all General Merchandise (GM) areas of the store.
